🔹 Step 4: Paste Photo
Paste a passport size photo in the box labeled:
“Affix same Photograph as affixed on PAN application form”
🔹 Step 5: Signature & Seal
Employer must sign on the form
Use rubber stamp so that it overlaps the photo slightly (as per instruction).
